What is your delivery term?
We typically deliver goods by sea (LCL/FCL) or air, depending on your urgency and volume. Standard Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, and CIF are available. For containerized orders, we’ll coordinate with your forwarder or help book space through our logistics partners.
Can you handle large-scale projects?
Yes, we’ve successfully delivered projects ranging from 50 to 2,000+ pump units. Our largest single order was 1,500 pumps for a municipal water supply project in Southeast Asia.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity for most standard pump models is 1 unit. For customized models, MOQs may vary based on specifications and requirements.
Do you provide installation support?
We provide detailed installation manuals, video guides, and remote technical support. For large projects, we can arrange on-site commissioning through our certified partners.
Does your company have an export license?
Yes, we are fully licensed for export and have been supplying pumps to overseas clients for over 10 years. Our export team is familiar with international documentation, port procedures, and destination-specific shipping requirements.
Do you provide samples? Are they free?
We do not offer free samples. If you require a sample for testing or evaluation, please contact us to confirm availability, lead time, and cost. Most sample orders are billed at standard pricing plus freight, and costs may be refundable upon bulk order confirmation.
