WHY CHOOES US

Leading Sludge Pump Supplier In China

We believe a sludge pump’s true measure is its performance in the harshest real-world conditions. Our design philosophy is simple: build it tougher than necessary. We focus on superior metallurgy and hydraulic engineering to create pumps that don’t just work, but endure.

Obsessed with Abrasion Resistance

Our core focus is on metallurgy, utilizing high-chrome iron and hardened components that dramatically extend pump life in abrasive slurries.

Advanced Non-Clog Hydraulics

We use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to model and perfect our impeller and volute designs, ensuring maximum passage for solids.

Real-World Slurry Testing

Unlike others who test with clean water, we validate our designs in our dedicated test loop using abrasive slurry mixtures to prove their real-world durability.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a sludge pump and a standard wastewater pump?
Sludge pumps are more robustly constructed with harder, abrasion-resistant materials and larger internal clearances (non-clog impellers) to handle the higher viscosity, abrasiveness, and solids content found in sludge.
Material selection depends on the abrasiveness (sand, grit content) and chemical composition (pH level) of your sludge. High-chrome iron is excellent for abrasion, while duplex stainless steel may be needed for corrosive chemical slurries.

A vortex impeller is recessed into the pump casing. It creates a swirling vortex that pulls the fluid and solids through the pump without them directly contacting the impeller. This drastically reduces wear and makes it virtually impossible to clog.
